1. Who we are

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from Ribbon Beast and every contract concluded through https://ribbonbeast.com between Ribbon Beast and a consumer. Before the contract is concluded, these terms are made available to you on this page, and you can save or print them.
3. Offer & prices
- Our offer is valid while stocks last. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you place your order.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded when you complete your order and we confirm it by email. If you pay electronically, we take appropriate security measures to protect the data transfer and the payment.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered there. We ship once payment has been received.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to the address you provide. Expected dispatch: everything is on pre-order right now and ships as soon as the first batch arrives. After launch, orders placed before 22:00 on a working day ship in 1–2 working days.
- We deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless we agree otherwise. If delivery is delayed or impossible, we'll let you know. You may then cancel the contract free of charge and we refund any payment without delay.
- The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the product has been delivered to you or to a person you have designated.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. The conditions, the exceptions for unsealed hygiene products and the model withdrawal form are on our shipping & returns page and form part of these terms.
8. Warranty & conformity
We guarantee that our products conform to the contract and to the specifications stated in the offer. This does not limit your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, please report it to us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect.
9. Product use
Follow the instructions for use on the product page and the packaging. Check leads, collars and harnesses regularly for wear and replace them when they show damage. Eau de Beast is made for dogs only and must not be used on cats or other animals. Stop using any product if your animal shows irritation, and contact a vet if in doubt.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from using a product contrary to its instructions or intended use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or product liability.
11. Complaints
Not happy? Email hello@ribbonbeast.com. We reply within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court.
12. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
13. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and every contract with us. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
